Safina presidential candidate Jimmy Wanjigi was today denied a chance to run for presidency.
The chairman of Independence Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) barred Wanjigi for not meeting the required number of signatures and also not presenting university degree as required
Wanjigi was so furious that he blame the chairman for not treating all candidates with equality. He asked the chairman on why he clear another candidate with the same issues as his.
Later on Wanjigi briefed the media and insisted that his name will be on the ballot since he will follow the required legal steps.
